Refund Policy

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team within 90 Days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us at returns@boom.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return shipping label.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Gift Card purchases will be refunded back to the Gift Card balance.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact our customer service team for assistance.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items can not be refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BOOM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for further assistance. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for shipping the return package and the shipping costs for the return label. Once the refund has been processed, the cost of return label will be deducted from your refund balance.
